How to see the world…

Mosaic art and soul

How lovely to stumble upon inspiration from my children’s favourite authors (both book sets were happily received for Christmas !)

“Watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places”  Roald Dahl

“Congratulations. Today is your day. You are off to great places! You are off and away! You have brains in your head and feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself in any direction you choose. And oh the places you will go!”  Dr Seuss

It’s easy to wish goodness to happen to us all for the new year (and I do) but more than that, I wish that we will be the goodness that we need for ourselves and others. May the  way our eyes see the world be full of wonder and the attitude with which we approach each new day be infused with possibility.

That is my wish for 2013!

Here’s to us filling the world with lots of sparkling, glittering eyes…

It is so true, and the deepest wisdom is the simple wisdom so frequently found in children’s books. That is my excuse for still reading them. Not that I consider I need an excuse.

  3. Happy New Year my friend. Dr. Suess is the best. xoxo
