Happily, I had a load of drawings in my sketchbook that I did a while back that fitted this <em>perfectly.\u00a0<\/em>I have always loved silhouette, and did a series of mosaics a few years ago, based on silhouettes of children (see them in the Gallery tab). One of my sketches was of children skipping and I decided this was the perfect opportunity to finally bring it to life&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>So here is my latest piece &#8211; Joy! It is made with stained glass on canvas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Joy! Mosaic\" alt=\"Mosaic art Concetta Perot London\" src=\"https:\/\/glitteringshards.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/CONCETTA-_PEROT_GTS2013_R1_JOY.jpg\" width=\"392\" height=\"490\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tomorrow morning, back to a rather larger canvas of work (2 metres x 2.5 metres to be precise!).
