Next week, I start my postgraduate studies at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience at Kings College London – my next step in this journey. My blog posts and online presence has been and will change, but I will still be here and aim to blog at least once a month…<\/p>\n

In the last few weeks, I have been writing a 4 week course on Mindfulness & Mosaic Making which I hope to make available both online and real time in the near future…<\/p>\n

In the meantime, I thought I would share a nugget or two as I go along…<\/p>\n

Mosaic, Mindfulness & the Hands<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Put another way…mindfulness<\/span><\/strong> provides us with a unique way of connecting head and hand and heart when we<\/span> mosaic<\/span><\/strong>\u2026and mosaic making<\/span><\/strong> provides us with an ever-present opportunity to practice mindfulness<\/span><\/strong> through this most solid and tactile of creative mediums.<\/p>\n
