The project is also being done to raise money for the Esther Benjamin Trust that rescues Nepalese children who are trafficked and trains them with work skills (including mosaic making). When I send work away (most often never to be seen again) I must confess to giving it a little affectionate stroke and kiss. These are my little mosaic babies, flying into the world.
