Next week, I start my postgraduate studies at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience at Kings College London – my next step in this journey. My blog posts and online presence has been and will change, but I will still be here and aim to blog at least once a month…

In the last few weeks, I have been writing a 4 week course on Mindfulness & Mosaic Making which I hope to make available both online and real time in the near future…

In the meantime, I thought I would share a nugget or two as I go along…

Put another way…mindfulness provides us with a unique way of connecting head and hand and heart when we mosaic…and mosaic making provides us with an ever-present opportunity to practice mindfulness through this most solid and tactile of creative mediums.
